 It very painful to hear the sad news of a student in department of tourism in Lagos state polytechnic(Laspotech), Ikorodu Campus. Abdul Afusat Opeyemi got involved in car accident on her way back to her hostel in Ikorodu to write her exam which started on the 5th of October and ended 9th of October,2020. The examination was to be done during the month of March but it was cancelled due to COVID-19 outbreak in the country. According to the source,the incident happened on the 4th of October,2020. She needs financial assistance to raise fund for her surgery which will cost the sum of #400,000. The account details is been stated on the pictures above. Lagos state government has made a plan for reopening of schools in the state for both private and government schools On the 29th August 2020, Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced the tentative reopening for both private and secondary schools should commence on September 21. According to the state Ministry of Education,Folasade Adefisayo announced that only the present JSS3 and SSS2 students will be allow to resume on Monday,21 September. SCHOOL RESUMPTION DATE  IS NOT FIXED The Federal government exposed the falseness idea about schools resuming on July 13.According to the false report, the Federal Ministry of Education announced July 13 as the resumption date of schools for Jss3,SS3 and final year students in university across the country.The report was also spread across some social media sites and also in which student believe it real.
