Vigilante groups are gathering  in neighbourhoods to counter Boko Haram and many young men are joining them. Boko Haram has declared war on youths in Maiduguri and Damaturu, which has motivated many young men to join. The battle line has been drawn. Youths have realized they either fight by exposing Boko Haram or they risk being killed by Boko Haram.
Vigilante group members are now joining the police and military at checkpoints to identify Boko Haram members, they also hunt for Boko Haram insurgents in the forest as revealed in the picture above. May God continue to protect them and back safety.
