Don't eat okra again 

Okra (US: /ˈoʊkrə/, UK: /ˈɒkrə/), Abelmoschus esculentus, known in many English-speaking

countries as ladies' fingers or ochro, is a flowering plant in the mallow family. It is valued for its edible green seed pods. The geographical origin of okra is disputed, with supporters of West African, Ethiopian, and South Asian origins. The plant is cultivated in tropical, subtropical and warm temperate regions around the world.^[

Okro is a nutritious vegetable and are eaten or used for medicinal purpose, especially in Africa and Asia as it strengthens the immune system. However, several studies have shown that excess consumption of Okro contributes to infertility in men because of its antifertility content due to the presence of gossypol in the seed. Male infertility is a serious medical condition that causes inability of a man to procreate and the presence of gossypol contribute immensely to the cause of this disease. Therefore, it is advisable for men to stop consumption of okra especially raw ones
