New law:If You Are Not Up To This Age,You Can not Gain Admission Into Secondary School In Nigeria

 

Lagos State Government has stated the new age of students to be giving admission into secondary school,the new law is going to be effective from the beginning of next section.

The new age of students should be twelve and above before they can enrol in secondary school
and this law is applicable to both private and public school,any students below this age can not be given admission.

The Ministry of Education announced that ,Lagos State Government has given a  fine of N50,000 has been proposed for first offenders and N100,000 fine for second offenders as well as warning letters to close an erring school in case of any violation.
All principals should be aware of this rules and failure to obey this rules and regulations would be fine the sum of 50,000 to 100,000 and also new directive will be strictly enforced by agencies of education in the state.
